UK - ROYAL MAIL ECONOMY
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail. This is a tracked service and you will receive a tracking code via email once your order has left. Deliveries will be made within 3 working days of placing your order. if you’re not around to receive the parcel, a delivery card will be left and the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection.
Returns:
In the interest of hygiene, our cuticle oils, bath bombs, earrings and skin care items cannot be returned unless they’re faulty.
We provide postal collections or drop offs through Evri or Royal Mail for returns free of charge.
All we ask is that the items must be returned in their original condition. Pop them into a suitable package and clearly label it with your name and order number, Please use the contact page or the form below about any enquiries including returns. After we’ve confirmed that we’ve received the items the refund should be in your account within 5-10 working days this may take longer when receiving a return through Pay Pal. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
